Privacy and Personal Data Protection

This page explains which personal data of students, parents and school staff using the Gökyuva app (web and store apps) is processed, why, for how long, and how anonymity is protected.

Short summary

Your school creates your account; the app has no sign-up, ads, cookies or trackers.
All reports are stored encrypted; only the counsellor you chose can read the content, school management cannot.
"How are you today?" answers are not matched to your name; survey results are shown anonymously and only for groups of at least 5.
Data is kept in the European Union (Germany) and never shared with third parties; push notifications carry only counts.
Closed reports are permanently and irreversibly deleted after 365 days.
For your rights and deletion requests, contact your school administrator first, then destek@gokyuva.com ; replies are free of charge within 30 days.
